Work Location:   Shanghai

Position purpose:

·         This position is in charge of SAP implementation, maintenance and improvement, engage local SAP key user team to ensure business running smoothly with proper business process.

Responsibilities:

·         Provide second-level support to local SAP users.

·         Monitor / audit all users operations in SAP system to ensure all are in accordance with the business process and system procedure.

·         Liaise with internal / external consultants for PP, MM daily trouble-shooting.

·         Coordinate with key user team and business owner to implement SAP improvement project which incl. but not limited in business process review, requirement collection & analysis, scope definition, schedule setup, master data review, configuration testing, documentation, user training etc. 

·         Organize SAP Key User meetings quarterly, engage SAP key user team to optimize SAP process continuously.

·         To support SAP application development.

·         Any other duties may be assigned by direct or indirect supervisors.

Requirements:

·         University education in information system or finance or accounting or business.

·         Min 3 years SAP configuration and implementation experiences.

·         Accomplish minimum 2 SAP projects from blueprint to go live, experiences in configuration and implementation on one or more of SAP core process (PP, MM) are advantages.

·         Solid knowledge in SAP R3 system.

·         Proficiency in written & spoken English, proficiency in using MS office, particularly Excel and PPT

·         Familiar with standard supply chain system, stock management and MRP methodology.

·         Team player with good communication skill.

·         Heavy load carrier & pressure tolerant.

·         Mature, intelligent, energetic & trustworthy.
