1. Responsible for research and innovation in WiMAX networks or other wireless communication areas

2. Theoretical analysis and prototype design

3. Responsible for wireless physical layer technical research

4. Contribution to paper publication, patent and standardization

5. Focus on the research work in distributed antenna wireless system

要求：

1.教育程度:博士

2.专业:通信

3.工作经历:希望有相关的工作经验，优秀的应届生也可

4.计算机水平:熟练使用无线研究仿真工具，如MATLAB, OPNET等

5.语言能力:流利的书面和口头英语

6.其他要求:创新意识和团队合作精神。有分布式天线系统研究经验者优先

2.Major in: communication or telecom related

3.Working experience:Hope the candidates have related expperiences, the outstanding PhD candidates are also acceptable.

4.Computer skill:Strong skills and experiences in the wireless simulation tools, such as Matlab or OPNET.

5.Language ability:Good verbal and written communication skill in English

6.Other requirements:Creativity and team spirit。Working experiences in dietributed antenna system will be preferred.
