Position: Project Manager        某外资通讯公司      

Work Location: Shanghai     

Position Purpose:

Overall is responsible for leading a project from inception to completion. This position is key to ensure all projects in XXX SHA are under control in terms of timeline, budget and quality in an international organization.

Responsibilities:

1.       Manage transfer projects to ensure a smooth take over from one country to another

2.       Manage local development project since inception to closing following internal PLC process

1)     Set up and develop project team 

2)     Define project plannings and deliverables of each stage or phase

3)     Control and monitor the project execution (Q, C ,T) to ensure on-time delivery at right cost and quality

4)     Communicate project status report on a regular basis

5)     Maintain project documents through all phases

3.       Work within a structured project matrix organization

4.       Work with large tunnel communication systems.

Requirements:

·         Min. Bachelor degree, preferable electrical engineering with RF knowledge.

·         Project management experience in R&D development projects, preferably PMP certified

·         Telecommunication knowledge (RF preferred), Project management professional

·         Min. 5 years overall project management experience

·         Chinese, Proficient oral and written English, Skillful office tools usage

·         Able to travel frequently, including outside of China
