Direct Report to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Work Location: Shanghai
Position Purpose:
To develop and maintain sales and marketing promotions to increase sales revenues and achieve sales target
To amplify the industry's awareness of the company and its products
Responsibilities:
1. Develops, recommends and implements marketing strategies consistent with corporate goals.
2. Meet sales and marketing objectives consistent with corporate goals.
3. Be responsible for the development of a high quality, professional distribution system.
4. Maintain a satisfactory profit/loss ratio as identified by corporate pre-set operational standards for the Sales Department.
5. Develop and recommend pricing strategy component of product marketing mix.
6. Develop and execute both short and long range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company's products.
7. Maintain relationships with suppliers to create effective strategies to market product lines.
8. Report financial results of Sales Budget and recommend sales and market strategies.
9. Build good and reliable customer relationships across APN.
10. Interface with the Global Key Account Management team for all business issues related.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related area.
2. Min. 10 years of telecommunication industrial sales experience with at least 5 years of sales management experience.
3. In-depth knowledge of telecommunication industry and customer base.
4. Proven sales ability, strong negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Experience in building distribution systems.
6. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
7. Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English, oral and written.
8. Able to travel frequently.
9. Results oriented.
