Location:Shanghai

Responsibilities and Duties:

1 Research related policies, regulations, industry evolution, capital market  to  develop sound investment strategies.

2 Conduct comprehensive analysis especially in financial analysis to assess investment opportunities.

3 Conduct investment and M&A projects including deal initiation, feasibility study , deal structuring, due diligence , valuation,  deal fulfillment and periodical review of invested companies

4 Implement the  integration for specific investment projects to secure smooth transfer of business

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS3

1.    Min. Education level: Bachelor or above

2.    Major in: Investment,  Finance , Legal or relative fields

3.    Familiar with M&A process and Project management

4.    Language ability: Excellent in oral and written English

5.    Working Experience: At least 3years of progressive experience in related field

6.    Qualification: CPA CFA or ACCA preferred
