Job Description(English):

1.Responsible for key technologies research and algorithms development in PHY and MAC layers for TDD LTE+ including adaptive MIMO, multiple access schemes and packet scheduler etc.

2. Be able to design novel product algorithms with low complexity and accomplish the link-level and system level simulations

3. Capable to contribute to international standards

Requirements(English):

1.PhD in wireless communication with solid theoretical background

2.Strong research experience on OFDM, MIMO or cross-layer resource allocation  

3.Familiar with Matlab, C, OPNET etc

4. Favoriate research work, team-working and creativity

5. Be fluent in English.
