JVs Financial Management    某知名合资公司

Location:Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:

-Regularly review and improve the internal control process of JVs; monitor the compliance of financial and related policies

- Responsible to facilitate the establishment of company financial and business plan and annual budget for the JVs ;

-Business and financial analysis incl. deviation analysis, development of action plans in cooperation with the management, follow-up analysis

-Managing and monitoring JVs financials and yearly budget process.

--Preparation of management reports to high level management.

-Investment analysis – preparation for investment approval (eg. capex, new business initiatives), post investment controlling

--Preparation or review of related documents for board meetings.

Requirements:

-at least Bachelor degree, major in accounting ,finance or related;

- Min.5 years of finance related experience in multi-national company;

- Proficient in MS office software such as Excel, Power Point;

-fluent speaking and written English, especially in written English, be able to Prepare business analysis report in English
